The Stress Quotient report is the result of a diagnostic tool that uncovers different causes of stress a person, team or organization faces in conjunction with a job or change. Any job or situation of change can have stressful elements, even if you love what you do. Some stress at work is normal, however excessive stress can obstruct your productivity and impact your physical and emotional health.
We use 2 types of reports that reveal any stress situation during moments of change.
The Stress Quotient report enables you insights about demands, shows an Effort/Reward Balance Index, and Organizational Change Index, a Staff/Manager/Supervisor Index, shapes of Social Support and a Job Security Index.
